  • Parent University - Spring Session
    Parent University is currently taking applications for its Spring Session. Parents will find helpful classes on first aid, summer learning loss, Kids Academy, and Youth Leadership classes. All parents are welcome to attend. Spring Session will be held on April 29th. If you are interested, download the application and schedule sheets or visit Parent University's website.

  • Special Education Services Survey
    The Department of Exceptional Student Services is seeking feedback from parents with students in the Special Education program. This survey is through the Georgia Department of Education and targeted to parents of students with disabilities in order to receive feedback and discover areas of improvement. Please click here to take the survey. The deadline for responses is May 15th.

  • Meal Charges Ending Date
    Beginning April 18th, no meal charges will be accepted for the remainder of the school year. If a student does not have money s/he will be given the alternate meal of a cheese sandwich and milk. All remaining meal charges must be paid in full prior to the end of the school year. Letters and calls will continue to go out to parents of students who have negative meal charges on their accounts.   • Medicare & Peachcare Enrollment
    The Rincon Public Library is providing free assistance for enrollment or renewal of these services every third Saturday or by appointment. Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids are no-cost or low-cost public health insurance programs for children 0-19. Children can get regular check-ups, immunizations, doctor and dentist visits, hospital stays, mental health services, prescriptions and more.     Parents may request the following information regarding teacher qualifications as required by the "Every Student Succeeds" Act: Information regarding their student’s classroom teacher’s certificate or credentials, and/or college major and graduate degree information. Parents may also request information regarding the licensing and training of paraprofessionals.   • ECSD 2017 Budget,  Five Year Tax Digest, & M&O Levy History
